Peugeot Partner Teepee automatic clutch repair/replacement?

I have the automatic version of the above car and have a problem with the clutch.
When I am pulling away it gives a jerk rather than smoothly pulling away and if I am in a traffic queue crawling along at about 5mph it judders. Not being a car mechanic person, does this mean the automatic clutch is buggered and, if so, what kind of price would I be looking at for a repair please?
I know it's hard to accurately cost without seeing it so I am looking at a ball park figure. Its a 12 reg with 62,800 on the clock.

Is this the car with the semi auto box, conny?
If so, its a standard gearbox with automatic clutch operation - not an auto or DSG box at all.
Expect around £400 for the clutch and around 4 hours to replace it.
However, don’t expect your fault to be necessarily cured, lots of owners have many problems with it and try to have a word with a specialist first?

Thanks for the reply John. No this is the 'new' one I bought a few weeks ago. Fully automatic in that it has a dial set in the dashboard fascia to select P, N, D or R. (or is this called the semi automatic)

Annoyingly I picked up the old car from the garage this morning, (the manual version), and they have made a very good job of the repairs. Now I'm torn between selling the old one or selling the new one if I can get the clutch sorted for a fair price. Whenever I've driven any of my wifes automatics they have been very smooth at take off but with this one, if I don't manage to press the accelerator correctly it either judders and jerks or, (even a little too much pressure), takes off like a rocket. Can be tricky when parking so I know it's not right but don't like the idea of it costing a fortune to get it fixed.

Conny if this is the one ex mobility bought from CSB Autoseekers in Maldon, Essex then any fault developing within six months is their problem not yours.

Worth looking into first before you pay up.

Thanks Andy. I've been reading today that it may be something simple like changing the gearbox oil, or even just topping it up. As it would be around a 140 mile trip to return it for repair, (and then double it to pick it up again), I'm going to speak to my local garage in the morning to see if they can give me an indication of the fault and possible costs involved. If it's only a simple thing, like replacing the oil, it would be much cheaper and easier for him to do it. If it's a full clutch replacement then I'll contact CSB about it.

That's a very sensible attitude and hopefully a simple oil change may fix.
