They both use Nitrates so wouldn't think there would be an issue. I think Fernox is the odd one out when it comes to mixing, as far as active ingredients are concerned but never heard of any adverse reactions when any inhibitors were mixed, either known or unwittingly.

Others may have seen issues though.

Many years ago there was a problem with mixing inhibitors, one was for cast iron heat exchangers one was for Aluminium, think they were called MB 1 and MB2 cant really remember, but if you mixed them they turned to a sort of Jelly, dont know of any modern ones that have reactions, cos they dont in reality do anything, unless a system is flushed properly and properly inhibited , you would be as well pouring it down the bog to protect the drains , from frogs and tadpoles, most are just snake oil, we have 40 year old systems never heard of inhibitor and six month old boilers with 12 year old warranties, that the manu wont cover the warranty because the inhibitor is not added to unicorn pee pee

You shouldnt mix them, most are fine, but some do react with each other to this day and that causes more bother than its worth, considering theres no need to mix them, just buy the right one, the cheap ones can actually be worse for your system than none. although the same argument can be made for the expensive ones!
