The issue tbh tougher gun laws
But banning fire arms ?? Although
A good idea how would they implement it ? And than there is all the firearms in circulation

Guns are SO entrenched in their way of life, it's not going to change any time soon. I watched a tv prog a couple of years back on this and, if you're anti-gun, there was a glimmer of hope in that quite a few of the younger US generations don't hold the right to bear arms quite so close to their chest. Having said that, many still do.

And with the power of the gun lobby combined with politicians wanting to appease the majority to secure votes ...

I have used the 2016 figures that show the police killed 266 black and 574 white so the police are killing 2.16x more whites.

Now what we need to know is who is coming into contact with the police. And to do this I will take a look at the prison population as a guide, where 34% is Black and 29% white
