Strange bricks

Any idea what the bricks are called just below the rendered part and where I might get them from? Looking to block up a door.

They look like big (9" x 9") old quarry tiles.

Salvage/reclaimation sites might be worth trawling.

That's why I asked for a view from below. They look suspiciously like 'ski slope' plinth bricks to me.
