Been shopping there for years, but recently they just don't invoice me for proforma goods. Politely ask for paperwork for stuff I have bought over the phone, but they don't email anything.
The more you ask, the more they ignore you.
Guess they think their job isn't related to customers being happy.

Have you asked them? Posted in p&h forum, is this what you use them for? I’d be using a merchant or toolstation (TP owned) or Screwfix.

I don't bother with TP, find they are clueless, insist on employing mullets that havnt got a clue on the end of the phone.

I use eh Smith or a local independent instead.
 
Quote VAT regulations which state they are obliged to provide a tax invoice.
Don’t expect your discount level to rise though.
