I am getting my uPVC doors sprayed however there are a number of holes on the frame (see image). I need to make good before spraying. Any advice on how to go about this? Some of the plastic is sticking out and needs to be flush (I assume) before filling I tried a stanley knife but that didn’t cut it (literally). Thanks in advance.

A small tub of car body filler?
Stanley blade held flat against the frame to cut anything that sticks up.

Sand it back to flush with an abrasive paper, on a backing block, before filling - pushing the filler well into those holes, then sand again with some finer abrasive. The guy doing the spraying, if a specialist, might do this for you as part of the job.

With warnings like these I'd make sure the door is wide open when using it.
- Causes serious eye irritation.
- Causes skin irritation.
- Highly flammable liquid and vapour.
- May cause drowsiness or dizziness.
- Suspected of causing cancer.
- Suspected of causing genetic defects.
- Suspected of damaging fertility or the unborn child.
With those warnings, it's staying in the shop.

You'll be fine - they put all those warnings on, mostly to cover their back and prevent potential claims. If you were warned, their can be no claim.
