I haven't watched the clip, but if it's about social control and government restriction of people's movements through digital money, it already happens in China, and of course the supporters of the protesting truckers in Canada had their money frozen by the state.

Most conspiracy theories turn out to be true.

Nothing wrong with a Nanny state... I'm all for telling wrong-ens how to behave and what to eat.

That could be done with our current banking system which curiously is just like Canada's. Once they have run out of actual cash tuff but then the majority of transaction currently are done in digital money. Physical cash hardly figures at all.

Conspiracy theories pick some aspect that is true and then distort it. In this case digital money. Rather strange that we already use it but lets forget that.
