Help is this subsidence?

Hi guys! Newbie here!!

Im not the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to building type things so hoping someone with a little bit of knowledge might guide me!! I am in the process of buying a house and just noticed some cracking on exterior walls and its massively worried me!!

Everything online says a crack and your house is falling down, much like dr death (googling any symptoms!) - however, I the sensible side of me says it might *hopefully* be something less severe like lintels? I think I am hoping for good news but teally need honesty as realistically I love the house but not enough to put my life savings into it to end up sat in money pit with my little boy!

What do you guys think? I have tried to take photos of everything I can see and must point out there are some pretty big "trees" shrubby conifery types down left side of house! The worst appears to be from top right side of downstairs eindow going up left with smaller ones between the upper and lower window. The stone facing beneath lower window also has some cracking...

You'll fit in well here then with some members.

If not cracked on the inside, not subsidence.

Looks like no external lintel when the frame was changed, and the cracks to the stone something else - shrinkage.

Hehe Hands up though I defo wont pretend to be either if you want to know about nails and lashes though im your girl haha!!

Thank you so much!! Praying inside is ok, theres wallpaper but not great so going to go back and peel some when nobody is looking!! Better be safe than broke eh!! Lol

I never thought perhaps the cause could be due to multiple things... Different directions etc so makes sense!!
