my sister has asked me to look on the net to solve her hot water problem she has been living in the house for five years and from out the blue the kitchen tap has decided not to give hot water but does in the bathroom can anyone give me an idea as to where i should be looking
hot water in bathroom but not in kitchen help!

What system is it combi or gravity fed if gravity fed is the hot water cylinder on the ground floor or upstairs?
