Zanussi DE6850 Pump

Hi my dishwasher ( no not her at the sink ) has packed up the water will only pump out if i hold the outlet pipe no more than about 40mm off the floor any higher and any water fails to come out. i can get an impeller for about £30 but i'm buggered if i can find a way into the area where the pump is housed, does anyone have any clues?

managed to get the pump out no problem with the impeller looks sound. maybe time to get the engineer out

the impellor at the front, if you look very carefully will probably have the blades missing.

the impellor looked fine when i took the motor out, i also took the middle out inside the machine, under the filter, you can see the blades through there also and they look fine .
