Ok,

I am working on a Thesis. It is focused on tools.

For now I am covering power tools and determining what drives people to use them. ( separating features from brand etc )

I would love to do the same for hand tools but that might have to wait another time.

Right now I am looking for input. I have built this survey that I am directing people to look at and am wondering if anyone here can answer any of the questions.

the survey

If not any ideas, where to find tool users who might take the time to respond ?

Cheers and thanks

oh, and if its not okay to post something like this here, does anyone have an idea where else I should try? thanks again.

you should have tested this survey before publishing it

Q7 cannot be filled in.

oh no.

I'm looking at it now. Can you describe what isn't working? Or is it a problem with the way I worded the question?

I appreciate the help.

Q2 Should also have "Daily" as an option

Q3 Cordless bandsaw???? Are you sure?

Q7 If an option is ticked in one of the columns against one issue it cannot be ticked in the same column for another, so you can't tick Somewhat for "price", "color" and "features" - only one of them!

I think I fixed. Let me know.

wot no "please"?

sorry, can't be bothered. We get similar surveys quite often. there's no benefit to me in putting time into it.

Q2: fixed

Q3: Yes. Crazy, but Milwaukee and Makita both produce one.

Q7: Should be fixed.

You are correct. However, my thesis would benefit. Please? John?
