I have an system atteched to my drive that sounds a buzzer if someone comes up the drive. It is a sealed unit with an infrared light and light receiver...on the other side of the drive is a reflector.

I think the light has gone so I am keen to replace unit (cannot replace the light itself as it is full of plastic).

I've searched but I cannot find a replacement part..has anyone any ideas?

Many thanks.

There are loads of them out there, but the good ones cost a lot of money
maplin sell one similar, but it has separate boxes, which is how i think you will have to go :(

Yep if you searched from the mnfr of the original unit i'm assuming you have, your best option is to install seperate items.

Good luck

I suppose there's nothing stopping you from grouping the two Maplin units together, and using the existing reflector.

maplin units are not weather proof

thing is there are lots of these units out there on electric sliding gates, they must come from some where
