First off, I am not quiet sure if I have the right forum here, but anyway if there is someone who has any ideas on the following that would be great. I have a climate master geothermal heat pump installed with a garden collector fitted. I am getting an error message E02 on the display, which is preventing the heat pump from working. I do not have any info on these messages. I have tried contacting the climatemaster office in Ireland but I have been unsuccesful in contacting them. Any advice??????

Not an option, installer is no longer active. The only info I have is,

Also found having searched web that multi clima, who are based in france are no longer in businness either.
The pressure gauge on the collector side is at 0. When I checked the filter there was a silt like substance present. I think that the collector manifold is leaking and reducing the amount of antifreeze in the loops but I do not have access to same. Is there a way to verify this??
