Does anyone have this workbench?

I've had one nearly a year, bought it as it seemed a good idea, but it rocks more than Elvis ever did, and is not nice to use for that reason alone. I've hardly used it.

There is some play in the telescopic legs (at the back in the image), which causes it to sway when working on it. I was going to make some diagonal braces, but having seen a very similar B&D one which is rock solid, I may get that and pension this one off.

I wondered if anyone else has one and if it 'rocks da house' like mine does?

It doubles as a sack truck which is useful to have.

Another annoying thing while I'm at it, on the yank version it has a double power socket and rolled up lead - for using tools on the work bench. That was another good idea, but on the UK version this was left off. I sorted this though.

looks the same standard as most of stanleys toolboxes......pants. If something doubles up its normally in the same bracket as something with a badge on the side which reads professional power, trade quality professional range!

...sounds like most of my tools...

My drill has 'PowerTank' stuck on the battery and 'MegaTorque' elsewhere

I feel all manly just using it....

That thing looks complicated, how many miles do you get to the gallon, can you drive it on a normal licence

I would go and aim it back at whover you bought it from

Its actually very simple - it folds flat (ish), and by lfting the top it opens and locks.

Its a good idea, but just badly designed/made

Now this one by B&D is a similar idea, but is rock solid. And less to go wrong by the looks if things.
