I Recently fitted a new rad in a new bedroom all the rads heat up fine apart from the hall rad which is stone cold. I have bled it and the opened the valves fully to no joy
Balance system up,,, as a rule of thumb upstairs rads makesure valves on flow (pipe that gets hot first) to rads are fully open and the opposite side lockshield/return are closed off then opened quarter to half a turn.
Downstairs open both sides fully. if some of downstairs struggle turn down the lockshield a bit at a time on the ones that are ok
