Where to buy Ideal Standard cistern rubber washers?

Hope someone here can tell me where to buy a pack of Ideal Standard dual flush cistern rubber washers - this is the water inlet control rubber washer which is just like a small diaphram.

Not sure I've called it the right thing, but it controls the flow of water into the cistern by control of this rubber washer/diaphram. Not sure the model of cistern but it's Ideal Standard and was installed Jan 2003.

The rubber washer/diaphram size is only approx 1 inche wide or less.


Any help on locating a source would be great. I've already emailed I.S. parts service but currently no joy.

these are standard diaphragm rubbers for a inlet float valve.
it don't matter if its a dual flush as this is only the flush valve not the float valve.
all plumbers merchants will stock them

thanks for the correct description - i'll find my local plumbers merchants and buy a pack to replace the rubbers in both cisterns and have some spare tomorrow
