Machine appears to fill and then part emptys before error code E5 appears. At this point one can clearly see the machine is about half full of water! So valve is definitely opening to let water in at beginning of cycle - then closes - machine drains some water - and error code E5 then appears? Do I need a new water valve or could there be a problem elsewhere? Any asssistance much appreciated - my wife is already looking for a new machine!
