Well I just looped a wire from OP1 to OP3 and configured OP3 as PA and voila everything is working as it should. I would like to thank all the people who contributed to this post! 8-)

Just a thought could i put a wire from OP3 to the bell trigger?

I have the above fob intalled on my Flex 100 alarm. When I activate the PA buttons all I get is the internal speaker ringing OP3. I want the bells as well. Is there a way I can put a wire between OP3 and the bell box to get them both to ring at the same time? Thanks for your responses in advance.

Hi, I have a Flex panel with 2 keypads wired to the RS485 Bus. I have fitted 680 ohm resistors on each keypad and removed the jumper at the bus. I want to add C079-2 RF Module so that would be a third set of wires coming from the bus. Do I need to add another EOL resistor? Thanks for your help...

Update: I have changed old PIR removed serial and paired new PIR with the panel as I can see the new serial No. in th RF intruder zone (signal strength is good menu 21). Please could somebody verify I got this right. On keypad menu 21 display zones. For my RF zone I get Sig 10 low 08. I take sig is current signal which is "excelent" Low refers to the lowest it has ever been? Meaning 10 excelent and 0 crap?

A bit more info when the pir is activated i get 2 slow flashes and then when i move again short flashes.

Hi, I have just got my hands on Honeywell RF Portal A073-00-01. In the flex maual it shows it comes with a directional antenna but mine came with out one. Does this mean it mean I am missing one or is it built in? Many thanks in advance. Jeramy
