Good evening. So I have a single garage, felt on top of ply boards, it leaks. I patch it up when I can, ideally it needs to be replaced, but it's having the time to do it these days. What would I expect to pay to have it removed, boards replaced with OSB 3 and the covering with EPDM? Thanks.

That's odd, I wonder if the walls were contaminated? I've used Valspar and was very happy. I used it to paint some MDF shelves which were primed with Zinnser 123.

I want a new paint roller, I'm going to treat myself to a Purdey. My current roller is worn, so the sleeve wanders off....... Any Purdey fans here? Is Revolution a good one to go for?

It's amazing the cost of cambelt replacement, depending on where you go, anywhere between £400-£600. I do mine myself. A couple of hours and I've saved hundreds of pounds.

Yes it probably is worth changing it, though I don't know the intervals on one of these. If the belt broke, you would have bent valves and possibly worse damage.

I think my problem with it and why I don't understand it, is that the board with the minutes and degrees on it, doesn't fit to the other wheel, so how can it know where the toe is? My friends kit fits to both wheels, so there is a physical connection to each wheel.

Yep, that helps, will probably squidge some clear silicone on the bottom and wiggle it into place as it hangs. Helps me decide on a mirror as I only want to drill into these tiles the once. Thanks.

In fact, I did see one with a shaver socket, which only hung from the top. I thought there's no way that's going to stay in place. That'll come off and smash into the basin.

I guess with sufficient weight, perhaps lifting up could be prevented, even by the most vigorous cleaning by the unexpected?

Hello, just after some thoughts on illuminated bathroom mirrors. Most of the ones available appear to only hang on two screws, via a keyhole type arrangement, rather than being able to be actually fastened down. I'm not sure how confident I'd feel about having a mirror like this, as wouldn't it...
