Hi, I want to move a water heater around 1.8 metres from its current location. It has a fixed spur and switch near where it is now. Is it ok to just add 1.8m of heat resistant flex? (2.5mm as it's 2kw) This would leave the fused spur and switch 1.8 metres from the unit. Thanks

Hi, A small area of let's have rotted underneath the bath, Is there something I should do to help stabilise the ceiling below? The other laths look quite raised from the plaster, Shouldnt the plaster be interlocking with them? Many thanks

Thanks Mandrab, is there some reason that the tundish needs to drain into 22mm pipe? its currently 38mm. also it seems like all it does is create an air gap, which it seems I can do myself without forking out 15 quid for one?

thanks woody, I think that mould has spread to the plywood under the floor tiles, I have read that you should be careful to get rid of this stuff or it an spread more, do I need to lift those tiles and wipe it off ?
