Thanks everyone. Junction box is behind the cupboard. I was not able to access from the top. But when I took the bottom part of the cupboard, I was able to open the junction box. I was correct with my guess. But I was lucky that I could reach the junction box.

I have another question. While it is black Friday maybe I can invest on a new controller. I want to have different timer and controls for the loft heating, rest of house heating and water heating as I have 3 actuators. Is it possible? Which controller can you recommend?

Our heating comes on when water heating is on. Normally only water heating should come on when hot water is turned on and heating should come on when heating is turned on. I thought it could be wiring issue. So I have swapped around the motors to see the reaction. The one on the right was still...

Thanks for your reply. It is central heating one. If my tasks list is correct only thing I should worry about is installing the valve correctly without leaks or overtightening the olive. BTW should I use teflon tape?

I have realised one more thing. When I turn other two zone valves to manual, reset works and boiler works. If I leave it with BG UP1 controller and as auto, boiler does not ignite. It seems I will wait until next week and if needed get FPR.

No service at all since we moved in years ago. Do you think heating engineer who will come next week can have a look at it? Or should I get EON gas boiler breakdown insurance which comes with the boiler service?
