Thanks, and agreed in only using trade paint, saves time in the long run and does seem more durable. Ventilation isn't great in the bathroom and mediocre in the kitchen, hence the preference for a non Matt paint, but will be using trade Matt in the other rooms.

Apologies for a daft question coming up, but what does mean 'run at full rate' - does that mean it needs to be a fairly unrestricted tap or something - or something that can deliver a flow rate comparable to the 35 degree delta DHW spec etc?
