    Yes I was hoping to add a new screw and maybe silicone round the bits to stop it rusting. I'm worried about damaging the tiles. Thank you I'll try some mole grips and heat the screw using my soldering iron. Wait do I heat the screw first? I'm worried the screws going to sheer off.

    Hi our showers slide bar has just jumped off the wall The bottom part is all rusted and I've a horrible feeling this is the remains of the screw stuck in the plug in the wall. Any idea on how I can get the screw out? I've tried pliers but it's not budging

    I don't mind cutting round them just makes the job alot easier if the diagonal pieces weren't there. Yes the boards are going to be screwed down. Add timber to sister joist? Theres only going to be Christmas Dec's up there nothing heavy maybe the ladders.

    Looking at boarding the garage out to help with storage and possibly adding insulation later on. My question is can I remove the diagonal piece of wood? So It makes it easier to lay the boarding? Also what do people do when it comes to filling in the joists? How do you fill the small gaps?

    Right just got a message apparently they got me mixed up with another person there going to order replacement seals and have another look at why the doors dropping. Here's a pic currently of the seals on the door lol and the bottom frame where it always seems to be catching towards the right side.
