sorry to say that there is no short term quick fix, best off biting the bullet and getting them up and making sure the new ones are down properly.
do you recall when you first started out in tiling tpt? when you mixed up your batches of adhesive? was it nearly half as clean as it may be now?...
just a quick note on sealing, make sure you seal BEFORE you start to lay them, then again before you grout. best be safe than sorry
