The best way to clean a system is rip it out and repipe it. The other option is chemical clean, flush and inhibit. :wink:

Your system just needs balancing. As seco says, the water will flow through path of least resistance.
You have low pressure in your system. The white needle in the first dial should be level with the red needle, when heating off and rads cold....
