    Hi Ken, thanks for the reply. Yes you have it exactly correct. The cavity is an external wall above the RSJs as they support the external wall next to a flat roof extension. The cold air comes down the wall from the loft and between the RSJs

    Fellas. Do you think that Allcoat can go over the old bitumen paint without primer? The bitumen paintwork is very very well led and faded.

    hi. I've had my gable re timber cladded and rendered. It's been done with a hard wood. I'm keen to use a good quality paint. Would anyone recommend demideck, dulux, sandtex or jotun butinox?
