I *think* you could get a control knob with the red/blue reversed - worth asking the guys that footprints recommended.
I would say you'll be OK . If you could put a large bead of silicone where the pipe will sit against the airbrick then the vent will seal well...
One to think of - if you're entering through the bathroom think of the damp air getting into the closet (then maybe causing condensation mould )
And made worse by the cleaner lying in sags and heating up (like it does)
You could tell an old plumber by the smell of boss white:sick:
Also, if possible put the vent stems near to the trap hatch - makes it easier to bleed as you only need to get up and reach.
