    There are calcs based on the kg output noted on the side of the nozzle . Each nozzle size passes a certain amount of kg of oil per hr . So if I don't have the correct size nozzle for the burner rated at 30 kW I can fit a smaller one & wind up the pressure to make up for smaller kg per hr rating...

    Stay away from it if its the same heat engine as the issar \icos . Utter garbage .Pay more & get a better boiler , both vailant & baxi do the flue gas recovery units or whatever they're called & are far better boilers

    Check you have voltage going into the boiler & across the on off switch, transformer could be suspect

    the photo sensor is a safety device , when we service them we pull out the photosensor & cover it with our hands to check it locks out , it checks the flame is there . Some soot quicker than others & clean combustion will slow the sooting of the sensor . Regular servicing of all boilers is important

    the way i see it is if thats where they will spend most their time then thats where the stat should be . Not so good if theres a fire in there
