Lots been going on!, made lifting frames to mount car on chassis trolleys. All front subframe back together just waiting for its home. In cabin stainless braided brake hoses run. Rear beam out and a LOT of welding needs doing!, a thread on it's own tbh..

It does but for the sake of 30 seconds the lift test leaves no doubt.

It's part of your B+E training and good practice to check the caravan hitch is secure by lifting the car slightly via the caravan jockey wheel. Same applies to trailers. You've not done the basics if the caravan has come off the hitch.

Is this reasonable, Class 3?. I don't mind paying for something that will last to be honest. Maybe treat it as well?. I'd prefer to stick with plywood as the first lot was excellent, held the weight very well and lasted a long time.
