What will Microsoft do about the licence on my old computer if I use the licence for the new computer.

My old computer is coming to the end of its life. I have a licenced version of Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 installed on it. Would Microsoft allow me to install this on my new computer when I buy it and if so, what is the proceedure to install it legally.

I have a Worcester 28CDI RSF boiler. The water temp from the kitchen and bathroom hot taps and shower is very low even though temp dial on boiler is full up. The central heating radiator are nice and hot.
