If you are going to seal the system, I would recommend changing radiator valves on both sides. Will save you a lot of time in the long run looking for leaks on the old valves.

How old are the radiators? If they are any where near as old as the boiler it would probably be a good idea to replace them as well. Another thing to look out for when getting quotes is you will get quite a good idea of what an installer is like by the quality of components they install...
