Had a guy in to install the lights just before xmas, and by default he is using these wireless thinkbee rf switches. I am running home assistant, so would also like to control these lights via that too, hence the shelly device :). The shelly does wifi/bt as well.

Ended up finding another very similar door that's more suited to the doorway. Less hassle since we can keep the existing width and just remove the liners.

Nah unfortunately not, all standard widths. I'm not too worried about creating a mess tbh, it's going to have to be plastered anyway due to door liner deletion. So it's just about getting tips on how to widen the opening.

Yep that's the plan. The liner will be removed completely to allow for the sliding door and the brick reveals would be plastered accordingly. So the only thing I guess would be to determine if the lintel spans far enough to chop 35mm on each side before plastering.
