Either your user (the fob) isn’t set to manage area B or you’ve not selected area b to be unset when the button gets pushed

Push D enter your master manager, not your engineer code. If you only have 1 code it might be this. Select no through to edit users, choose the user needing amended, again there may only be one, select no and scroll through to where the zones for the user are shown / illuminated and amend...

When your in the edit user screen you’ll be asked to assign what zones A through D each user can set and unset. If your saying the user cant currently select D then you haven’t chosen it to be possible in the user setup. You need to set each user with what zones you want them to be able to use

You need to edit the user and add the respective zone to the user code in question

If it was installed by a firm they will more than likely have changed the code from its default. If they have it will be easier to contact them for the information.

You will need to delete the old input and relearn the new one. You’ll need the panel engineering code to be able to do this.

What do you mean reset the main enforcer?

Remove the battery and leave it out for a bit then put it in the right way. See if you can relearn the input. If all that fails then you’ve fried the board by reversing the polarities.

As you go through changing each input you can choose what areas they are on and off for. If your using D for your cunning plan simply add the doors and upstairs sensor to be active in D
