Are you sure? can one person and a mixer get that done in a day? 2.3 tonne of ballast and 11 bags of cement by my reckoning

Hi, I'm looking to order 1.3 m3 of concrete for a shed base. A quick google search tells me the average price is £75 per m3 plus delivery (from checkatrade link below). So I'm thinking about £200. I've had 2 quotes and both have been over £450. Am I being over quoted? I'm based in Birmingham...

Yes serviced every year so warranty should be valid

There is an isolation valve just before the boiler so it is something I could do. So if the pressure stops rising once isolated its either faulty filling valve or heat exchanger? would that be right?

Thanks for the reply, it has been a slow gradual increase over 3 weeks. It came with a 7 years warranty....just want to make sure its not something non boiler related before making a claim
