4th note down was just a suggestion it did not need a fly high lighted remark. I read a lot of what he suggests on lots of forums including ARGI and its clear he's very noligable but always try's to belittle peoples suggestions. Sorry if it appeared a little rude it was not meant to be.

On the above boiler they have two switches,one is timed and constant and the other is hw/off/heating and hw does anyone know where i can the hw/off/heating and hw switch

you requie a new tap washer it has detached from its seat

So How much is a service by the MI book and what difference a DP service depending on what at the time he feels requires changing?
