You miss the point .. the boiler heats water .. the pump pumps it .. so the pipe lenth and bore and the pump rating will be the limting factors ... the boiler will chuck out the heat .. if the pump cant distibute it as fast as the boiler generates it .. the boiler will over heat. Yhe radiator...
