A 1910 house isn’t suitable for renewables The house has to have a really good standard of insulation. Yours won’t have If you are on the gas network get a gas boiler..it’s a no brainier.

I’m saying 275 all in to fix it So if that’s a pcb , fan and aps all fitted for 275 Wb will def fix it, it’s a very easy boiler to fix
