    My DIY Shed

I decided to buy a shed which I've moved to my garden ready to put together today. I've been looking at base options and I've decided to put mine on a timber frame with those plastic adjustable feet. Shed is going on our patio. Looks like you are fixing your timber frame to the concrete? It's...

small crack in woodchip paper wall

I would mix the emulsion with toupret powder to make a paste and brush and thumb in cracks. Let it dry then emulsion over. Have a damp sponge with you to clean off surface as you go leaving it tidy.

    Another resin bound drive question

You have to do the lot without stopping because you can't join it without showing if it's all the same. Metal strips or a decorative change are used for big areas.

    Gardz thick streaks

I don't think using a brush was a good idea. Why not use a roller for quick and ease application especially with Gardz as so thin. It's so easy to apply anyone can do it. Every tin of paint you use you should stir well as the product can separate. You should of stopped and added water if it was...

Help - Long diagonal ceiling crack suddenly appeared

I've known plasterboard fall like that. You can't see the nail head popping as behind the plaster skim. Causes can be rubbish on the plasterboard with the weight or not long enough nails that pull through over time. I looked at one once on a job I let myself in on. That fell on one end and...
