Hi I posted over a week ago about DHW not always being hot, now there is only a slight heat. The CH works fine no issues. Turn on DHW tap and the temp guage goes to and stays at around 34c. Turn off tap and boiler temp goes to around 68c. No matter how long I run hot water tap the temp still...

If the current didn't flow through you then how did you get a 415V shock? To receive 415V shock you must came into contact with two phases and standing on wooden steps would make no difference in this case as the 415V shock would be between phase and not phase to earth. More detail please?

Gasinayr4 Wow, you are right! It is the wee plastic bit on the end of the selector knob that had broke off. Selector now remove and switch frigged "on". Now going to order a replacement. Hmm, see you are in Ayrshire, same as me. Do you do repairs to Vokeras? Thanks, Steveo
