Hi
Update on the saga of DHW issue.
With CH off at the clock, rads cold as you would expect, turn on DHW. DHW only luke warm display showing 28c. Rads start to heat up, left DHW running for a while the 22mm flow pipe for rads gets very warm while DHW remains luke warm. Turn off DHW boiler temp...
Hi Dp, I see you live in Glasgow, I live in Ayrshire, do you do repairs on Vokera? Mine is a Linea 24. The CH is fine issue is with DHW varying from luke warm to hot. Please let me know? Regards, Steve
Hi Agile
Yes I had heard of Angus but never knew or met him. When I first got this call (1982) some folk commented I had the same call suffix OSS as him, his call G3OSS.

Hi
I posted over a week ago about DHW not always being hot, now there is only a slight heat.
The CH works fine no issues. Turn on DHW tap and the temp guage goes to and stays at around 34c. Turn off tap and boiler temp goes to around 68c. No matter how long I run hot water tap the temp still...
If the current didn't flow through you then how did you get a 415V shock? To receive 415V shock you must came into contact with two phases and standing on wooden steps would make no difference in this case as the 415V shock would be between phase and not phase to earth. More detail please?
Hi all
Had a shower this morning and even with cold inlet turned back a bit there was virtually no difference in water temp. The CH seems to work fine with all rads warm/hot when required. Could it be the heat exchanger that needs replaced? could it be the divert valve? or is the boiler at 24kw...
Hi all
Thanks for the replies.
I've turned the valve where the cold water comes into boiler to 45 degree position to reduce the volume of cold water entering boiler and it will be only after the next shower I'll know if this makes a difference. The funny thing is that whether using the shower...
Hi
Had the above combi almost 12 years and generally works fine. The issue is with DHW during the winter months. Outhwith winter DHW & CH is fine. During winter (right now) the DHW seems only tepid wether it is out of the tap or mixer shower. The CH on the other hand is fine ie radiators hot...

Wow, you are right! It is the wee plastic bit on the end of the selector knob that had broke off. Selector now remove and switch frigged "on". Now going to order a replacement.
Hmm, see you are in Ayrshire, same as me. Do you do repairs to Vokeras?
Thanks, Steveo
Hi
I have a Vokera Linea 24 combi, 11 years old which was switched to DHW during the summer, last night I selected DHW & CH but CH does not work. DHW water still works OK. There are no fault codes and green light is lit. The clock is "on" , TRV are turned up and there is no room stat.
In...
Jinxy thanks for the reply. Is there much involved in replacing divert? could the average diy bod do this.
As for the HE is this the least likely to be the fault?
HI
We have a Vokera Linea 24 almost 11 YO, CH works fine the issue is with DHW particularly first thing in the morning. First thing in the morning the water is luke warm, temp guage hovers aroun 30ish. Turning off the water supply shows boiler temp around 70ish degrees. A couple of hours later...
Hi Stem
Thanks for the info and i think I have managed to attach the photo now. The temp knob is on the R/H side. There is a button on it you can press but this just locks the knob in the mid-position between hot & cold. With the temp knob turned fully hot and I reduce pressure with the other...

thanks for the reply and link. Going by the picture it looks like the Duo DN 15 Ref 6209705-00 although I cannot be certain.
There is no switch or button that allows temp dial to be turned to a higher setting.
PS how do I attach a photo to this message? I can't find any info on this...
Hi Stem
Thanks for the reply. I have uploaded a picture of the mixer and found Kludi engraved on one of the end, R/H side. I'd appreciate any info you can give to make the shower warmer.
Regards.
