    I want to make the front of my house more appealing. Attached are 2 photos of the front of my elevated house. In the photos you can see where I've removed sand and gravel left in pile. About 800 litres as I measured by filling 80 litre dustbin. What I'm left with is CLAY! Suggestions please...

    Just fitted cold tap valve from screwfix. Screwed in well although bottom rubber seal washer is smaller than one removed. No leaks Thank you guys

    I've measured the thread of the valve. It's 2cm (3/4"). Hence why I'm confused by for the 'bath'

    This photo is of cartridge I removed. 3/4" thread. So link you sent from screwfix is what is in this photo? If so it will save me removing the whole tap. Plus buying box spanners. One says for Basin 1/2" the other for Bath 3/4". Although mine is kitchen sink it's 3/4" so go for Bath?

    Good morning, Water isn't leaking from base of tap. It's coming from the cold cartridge. Trickling down the side when tap turned on then forming at base. I recently removed it to replace bottom seal as tap was dripping. I think its the top seal of the cartridge. Is this available to replace?

    Terry, I mop up water around base and then turn on water. You can see it leaking from base. Really bizarre.

    I'll get a tap spanner and remove it all. Let's see what's going on underneath the tap body. I didn't think water could leak between body and sink I'll just investigate before deciding what to do next.

    Hi guys, I had a drip from my Deluxe chrome monobloc tap. I fixed it by removing the cold tap side and replacing washer. Now water is leaking from bottom of base. Shining torch at base and switching on tap you can see water leaking from the base. I've attached a photo. How do I fix this...
