hi, thanks for the reply but what do you mean by "rag" them out ? do you mean if i try to take 1 or 2 those bars off..ie remove them to slide a panel out they will snap/break ?..sorry to ask but have no idea what "rag" means...thanks

hi again...it seems that the best option is to remove a panel from the roof ( as i am not 100% sure how to do this ) i have uploaded some pics of conservatory roof & where leak is IN MY ALBUM) hoping someone can tell me how to remove a panel to get a ladder in then...i wish someone had pointed...

hi all, i have a steady drip from a leak in the guttering above the conservatory..( steady drip....like chinese torture ) but without scaffolding etc there is no way to reach it...i have tried to put on a bitumen type paint onto the leaking joint with a brush attached to a pole by leaning out of...

i already have a "slow cook" but she dont think she is...... :lol:

thanks guys for all the replies...although some say yep ok...others say no...i am erring on the edge of caution & play 100% safe and not plug in the oven.. and the wife can use the microwave & daughters mini oven...but many thanks anyway...at least i know now it was not just a case of plug it in...

hi all, strange question i know, but we are having kitchen ripped out at end of the month & obviously the wife will be without oven for a while...but she asked me that when we take the oven out ( electric ) could it just be plugged in into a socket in the garage so she could at least cook...

hi matty, thanks for the reply...i to firmly believe that the expansion gaps were not adequate...especially around the marble fireplace...there is NO gap there at all...i will take you up on your offer of the report if i need it thank you...i cannot see on here where to send you my email address...
