    Mexican floor tiles- how to clean, and then seal

    We have laid Mexican tiles in our conservatory, sealed with linseed oil. This has now become sticky and collects the dirt and looks dreadful. We need to clean these tiles and the grouting and seal, any ideas please. Lazer
