    Hi So I have a 1970's dormer styled semi and I want to know the best was off insulating the gap in the pic between the wall and ceiling. I want to add PIR board directly behind the wall between the studs as the bedrooms and bathroom get very cold in winter and very hot in summer. Will this be ok...

    Damp at the top of the winow

    Hi I seem to be having damp at the top corner of my window, and really not sure what will be causing this as it way off the damp proof. I cant see any obvious leaks either. which trade would be best to take a look. Roofer? Builder? Window fitting company? thanks

    Cold air

    Hi My water mains pipe comes up into our Kitchen extension, which gets really cold in winter and it froze last winter with all the snow we had. Directly in front of the water mains is a air brick were i assume the cold air is coming in and also the big hole around the pipes in the floor...
