    Does anybody know what this plug in house wall is?

    Hello all, I have attached some pictures of this thing that is on the side of the house. I don’t know what it is, but it looks like a rubberised cap over a white plastic insert into the brick and it doesn’t budge easy, I’d have to use pliers to pull it off but not knowing what it is reluctant...
