    Electric oven terminal block

    Hi, After some advice, answers gratefully received. Changing out electric oven like for like, but this terminal block seems to have the screws covered, so that they can't be removed to enable the wire to be inserted. Is this a safety mechanism, or am I missed something else, or bad...
