Hi I have a Triton T100xr not working I have 240v to the unit in and out at unit power led light not on.

Try turning all other rads off on one side of rad, normally this works if not turn off the other side, once u got heat to the one which was cold then turn all rads back on.

Drain down is alot safe yes it may cause an air lock but this can be removed

What type of boiler do you have combi or regular ?

Hi Steve The norm for this usually is the joints have been cut to short by a few millimeters u may need to get a gas safe registered engineer to check it out as this can cause a problem with the CO/CO2. :shock:

If note down the Gas Council Number along with serial number and model and go to Parts Center they should be able to help ensure you have a gas safe registered card as I.D.

This can be tricky and time consuming I suggest you call back the person who installed it

Have tried to bleed any manual vent by the cylinder ? Remove the vent screw on the pump put a jug underneath to catch any water turn on the system and let it bleed through pump vent this normally works :)

You can purchase these from Part Center,Plumb Base or ScrewFix these come as push fit plastic or screw fit and are safe to use

Does the pump have speed control if it has then turn onto max (normally Number 3) if all rads working fine upstairs normally it's the pump may have to change it or remove and clean..
