Hi guys, Had a call from an old customer who wants to change supply from single to three seperate feeds including meters for flats. Although i am a qualified sparks with years of experience i have never had to do this before. Notification and certs no problem. Any advice would be welcome.

Just had a phone call from a customer who owns several flats, Seems two tenents have bypassed the meters for their flats (the new digital type) The DNO have now removed the meters and want £700 each to refit.What do you guys think?
