To change or not to change ?

Hello all Friends house hasn’t been updated for 30yrs was inherited from her mother. New combi boiler and rads going in. Would you recommend replacing pipe work or will a good power flush do the job. Old stone floors etc so a pipe change would be a pita. Any advice appreciated thank you.

Can anyone identify this lock please.

Hi all. Double glazed conservatory circa mid 90's. Lock has gone and it's in two parts a separate gearbox and barrel. The multipoint parts are GU but I can't find the gearbox anywhere. Any suggestions welcome. Even the name and model would be a huge help. Cheers.
