    clear lacguer

    resprayed the bumper with metallic paint. finished of with two coats of clear lacquer. I thought the lacquer dried to a shine. mine dried to a dull finish. anybody know where or what has gone wrong. any advice would be most welcome. thanks in advance.

    water hammer

    have a problem with water hammer. this happens with hot and cold water. would fitting a none return valve on the outlet side of stop cock fix this? have turned the pressure down and no change. nor does increasing the pressure make any difference. any help would be appreciated thanks.
