had boiler serviced end of may.the engineer left a card saying further work needed doing. it reads like this external controls!!High temperature differentials 30+% what does this mean asked a plumber at work today but he didn't know. the card got shoved in the draw only just found it today...

My condensate pipe has froze again outside 32mm froze solid. as a temp fix can i run pipe from boiler into a bucket for tonight or is this a no no!!! going to fit trace heating element when i can find some instock

as hedder my boiler has a preheat function currently turned off. the condensate pipe has been freezing even though it goes into a "1 and a half pipe externally.must be starting to freeze in cavity before it goes external.my question is if the preheat was turned on would this help the freezing...

The hinge on my w/m door broke so i replaced with a new one. how ever when i removed the 2 screws on the washer that the bracket screws to,i heard the bracket inside the washer fall off inside the machine how do i retrieve the said retaining bracket.wtf could they not have it welded to the machine

my boiler has started making a loud banging and grinding noise googled the problem and said it could be an airlock,as the boiler has automatic vents to prevent this, could it still be air in the system..
